Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") govern all sales concluded via the website https://colliersetcompagnons.com/ (hereinafter the "Site").
The Site is operated by Rizqon LLC, a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in the United States (State of New Mexico), operating under the trademark Colliers & Compagnons.
Any order placed on the Site implies the client's full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
1. Products
Colliers & Compagnons offers collars, accessories, and related items for dogs.
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the corresponding product pages.
Visuals, photographs, and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. Slight differences in color, finish, dimensions, or presentation may exist depending on the series, suppliers, or available stock.
Some products may be offered with customization options. In this case, the client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
Products must be used as intended, under the supervision and responsibility of the pet owner. Colliers & Compagnons does not guarantee that a product will suit all dogs, all body types, or all behaviors.
2. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise specified.
Colliers & Compagnons reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is that displayed at the time of order validation.
Delivery may be offered free of charge, unless otherwise indicated on the Site.
Any additional costs, particularly those related to certain destinations or specific options, are specified before the final validation of the order.
3. Order
The client places an order directly on the Site.
The order is considered final after payment validation and receipt of the confirmation email automatically sent by Colliers & Compagnons.
Colliers & Compagnons reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:
- prior dispute with the client,
- suspicion of fraud,
- incomplete, erroneous, or inconsistent delivery information,
- exceptional product unavailability after the order.
In case of cancellation after payment, the client will be refunded via the payment method used when placing the order.
4. Payment
Payment is made online via secure solutions offered on the Site, including:
- Shopify Payments,
- PayPal,
- Shop Pay,
- or any other method displayed at checkout.
No banking information is retained by Colliers & Compagnons.
The client guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the areas offered at the time of order.
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the products. Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, shipping generally occurs within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery is estimated to be between 6 and 15 business days depending on the destination, carrier, and logistical conditions.
These deadlines are indicative and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment.
A delivery delay cannot engage the responsibility of Colliers & Compagnons or give rise to compensation, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legal provisions.
The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the delivery information provided during the order. In case of an error attributable to the client, the costs associated with a new shipment may be borne by them.

6. Right of withdrawal
Unless legally exempt or otherwise stipulated, the client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the client must contact customer service before any return to obtain the applicable procedures.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, in particular:
- personalized, engraved, or custom-made products according to the client's specifications,
- unsealed, used, damaged, or incomplete products after receipt,
- products which, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be returned after use.
The returned product must be sent back in its original, unused condition and, as far as possible, in its original packaging.
7. Returns and Refunds
The terms and conditions for returns and refunds are detailed on the Site's Refund Policy page.
Unless otherwise stated, the client has a period of 30 days to request a return under the conditions provided on the Site.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client, except in cases of preparation error or proven defective product upon receipt.
If a refund is accepted, it will be processed via the original payment method, within a reasonable timeframe after receipt, verification, and validation of the returned product.
No refund can be granted for an item returned incomplete, damaged, used, or unfit for resale.
8. Liability
Colliers & Compagnons implements all reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site.
However, Colliers & Compagnons cannot be held liable in case of:
- non-compliant, unsuitable, or dangerous use of the products,
- poor adaptation of the product to the animal, its morphology, or its behavior,
- indirect or immaterial damages,
- Site interruption for maintenance, technical incident, or external cause,
- delay or failure attributable to the carrier or a third party.
It is the client's responsibility to verify that the ordered product is suitable for their dog and to use it carefully.
Rizqon LLC's liability is, in any case, limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legal provisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the Site (texts, images, visuals, logos, Colliers & Compagnons brand, design, structure, content) are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, dissemination, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of Rizqon LLC, is strictly prohibited.
10. Legal Capacity
The client declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the necessary legal capacity to enter into a sales contract.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order or navigation on the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
12. Modification of the GTC
Colliers & Compagnons reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by the principles applicable to international trade, subject to any more protective mandatory provisions that the consumer may benefit from in their country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the client and Colliers & Compagnons agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the competent court under the conditions provided by applicable law.
