Shipping & Returns
This page describes the terms and conditions for delivery, tracking, returns, and handling of logistics incidents applicable to orders placed on the website https://colliersetcompagnons.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), operated by Rizqon LLC, a company registered in the United States (New Mexico), operating under the brand Colliers & Compagnons.
By placing an order on the Site, the customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions, in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Refund Policy applicable.
1. Service Areas
Colliers & Compagnons offers delivery to countries and regions available at checkout, subject to logistical, customs, regulatory, or technical constraints specific to the chosen destination.
Colliers & Compagnons reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse delivery to certain destinations at any time, particularly in cases of delivery difficulty, high logistical risk, regulatory constraints, or external events beyond its control.
2. Preparation and Delivery Times
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment validation, excluding weekends, public holidays, peak periods, exceptional operations, temporary stock shortages, or specific order checks.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, time of year, customs formalities, and logistical context.
- France and Europe: 6 to 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
These times are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment.
A reasonable delivery delay cannot result in compensation, automatic refund, or immediate cancellation of the order, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
In exceptional circumstances affecting logistical flows, announced delivery times may be extended without this constituting a fault on the part of Colliers & Compagnons.
3. Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped, depending on the destination, product nature, package volume, and operational constraints, via:
- national or local postal services,
- private carriers,
- or international logistics networks with tracking, where this service is available.
The choice of transport method and carrier is made by Colliers & Compagnons or its logistics partners, based on what is most suitable for the order and destination.
The customer cannot demand a specific carrier, unless a specific option is expressly offered at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery Fees
Unless otherwise indicated on the Site or at checkout, delivery is offered to the customer.
In certain particular cases, especially for some remote areas, certain destinations, atypical orders, or specific services, additional fees may be applied. These fees, if any, are indicated before the final validation of the order.
Any customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or administrative fees required in the country of destination remain the sole responsibility of the customer when local regulations require it.
5. Order Tracking
When tracking is available for the order concerned, a tracking number is communicated to the customer by e-mail after dispatch.
Tracking information may require a delay for activation, synchronization, or update after the actual shipment of the package.
Colliers & Compagnons cannot be held responsible for an update delay, a temporary absence of scanning, display inaccuracy, or a tracking anomaly attributable to the carrier or the tracking system used.
It is the customer's responsibility to track the package's journey using the information provided and to promptly report any obvious difficulties to customer service.
6. Delivery Information Provided by the Customer
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the delivery information provided during the order, including name, address, postal code, city, country, phone number, email address, and, if applicable, any details necessary for the proper delivery of the package.
In case of error, omission, incomplete address, invalid address, inaccessible mailbox, refusal of the package, non-collection within the carrier's deadlines, or inability to deliver attributable to the customer, Colliers & Compagnons cannot be held responsible for the resulting consequences.
In such a situation, any new shipment may be charged to the customer, even if the first shipment was offered.
7. Order Receipt
It is the customer's responsibility to check the apparent condition of the package and product(s) upon receipt.
In case of apparent anomaly, including damaged package, missing product, incorrect product received, product demonstrably defective upon receipt, or heavily damaged packaging, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing all useful information for the examination of the request, including:
- clear photographs of the package,
- photographs of the product concerned,
- precise description of the problem found,
- order reference.
After this period, and unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions, Colliers & Compagnons reserves the right to reject a claim that is insufficiently justified or made late when it compromises the verification of the case with the carrier or logistics partner.
8. Packages Indicated as Delivered
When a carrier indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, the order is presumed delivered, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
In case of dispute, the customer must first check with relatives, neighbors, concierge, pick-up point, mailbox, or any person likely to have received the package.
The customer must then contact customer service as soon as possible so that a verification can be initiated. Colliers & Compagnons may request any information useful for processing the case.
Colliers & Compagnons does not guarantee a favorable outcome of any dispute when tracking information confirms effective delivery to the address indicated by the customer, unless there is sufficient evidence to the contrary or other legal obligation.
9. Returns
Returns are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Refund Policy in force on the Site.
No return will be accepted without prior request to customer service and without prior written agreement specifying the return procedures.
The customer must respect the return address communicated by customer service. Any return sent to a different address, without prior validation, may be refused or not processed.
Unless the error is attributable to Colliers & Compagnons or the product is proven defective upon receipt, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, unused, undamaged, complete, and, as far as possible, in their original packaging or in packaging that provides sufficient protection during transport.
Personalized, engraved, custom-made, used, washed, worn, incomplete, damaged, or unfit-for-resale products cannot be refunded, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
10. Refunds After Return
When a return is accepted, the refund will only occur after receipt, inspection, and validation of the returned product.
The refund will be made, if applicable, via the original payment method used during the order, within a reasonable time after validation of the return.
Colliers & Compagnons reserves the right to refuse any total or partial refund when the returned product does not meet the applicable return conditions.
11. Delays, Losses, Customs, and Force Majeure
Colliers & Compagnons cannot be held responsible for delays, disruptions, temporary losses of traceability, customs blockages, delivery failures, or shipping difficulties resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including:
- customs controls,
- strikes,
- bad weather or climatic events,
- epidemics, health crises, or administrative restrictions,
- force majeure,
- war, civil unrest, or local instability,
- carrier failure or saturation,
- external logistical incident,
- incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
In the event of confirmed package loss by the carrier or after reasonable investigation, Colliers & Compagnons will examine the situation on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion or according to its legal obligations, offer a reshipment, a credit note, or an appropriate refund.
